First Lady Evangelist Edyth Campbell
Edyth C. Campbell is the fifth and final child born to the former Presiding Prelate of the PCAF, Bishop J.E. and First Lady Tecola Moore of Joliet, IL. She was baptized in Jesus’ name at age six and began her walk with the Lord at the tender age of eight after being filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost.
She is convinced that God can keep you, if your desire is to be kept. Her life is truly a testament to that, as she maintained holiness through elementary, junior and senior high school, college and graduate school. Evangelist Campbell values education, as she obtained her BA degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Communications; specializing in Journalism, she also completed a Masters of Education with English and Social Science endorsements from St. Francis University. Currently, she serves as an Associate Professor for the Bell Apostolic Bible College, where she also accomplished the equivalent of a BA degree in Theology.
This dynamic woman of God, is a faithful, surrendered servant, that continues her journey until Jesus comes with even greater understanding and fortitude.
Evangelist Edyth Campbell is a woman that wears many hats. She is the first lady of Christ Temple Pentecostal Church in Bloomington, IL where she has been married to the love of her life her husband and pastor Elder Melvin Campbell. To this union was born two very gifted children, Melvin II and Tecola. Both are filled with the Holy Ghost and are fully operating in the church of Jesus Christ.
She also lends her service to the building of Gods kingdom as a prayer warrior, teacher, preacher, writer of poetry, plays, as well as working on several self-interest literary works, she is a musician, choir director, christian education director, counselor, mentor, and the minister of music at her local assembly as well as the Illinois State Council in the PCAF (Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith).
In addition, she is the founder and current leader of the thriving, “Blood Sisters," a women's ministry at Christ Temple Church, Bloomington IL. It is through this forum that she encourages women to operate in the spirit of excellence, while fulfilling their predestined purpose.
Evangelist Edyth Campbell has a genuine heart for God’s people and is passionate about fostering growth and discipline, all in an effort to enhance the body of Christ.
