Lady Donneyale Campbell, affectionately known as Lady D, was born in Joliet, IL on January 9, 1989 to Donnell and Jacqueline White. As a young girl, she grew up attending Glad Tidings Apostolic Church under the pastorate of Elder Kenneth D. Crisler, where the foundation of her faith was laid. 

 

Lady D has always enjoyed singing in the choir. She was heavily influenced by her grandmother, the late Mother Eugenia H. Curry, Co-Founder and First Lady of Mars Hill Church of God in Christ. Her grandmother taught her the importance of not only living holy, but of being a helper to the people of God, and that only what you do for Christ will last.

 

Lady D was baptized in the name of Jesus at the age of 7 and received the precious gift of the Holy Ghost when she was 12 years old. 

 

In 2011, Lady D joined Christ Temple Church in Bloomington, IL and began to serve in many capacities. Over the years, Lady D has served on the Bloodsister’s committee, Pastor’s Support,  Youth Board, Finance Team, Board of Trustees, Doorkeepers, and currently serves as the Director of Membership Engagement and a member of the dynamic Praise Team and Choir.

 

Lady D is devoted to community service. Through the years she has been involved with Salvation Army/Safe Harbor, The Ronald McDonald House Charities, March of Dimes, Big Brother Big Sister, Easter Seals, and Relay for Life. 

 

On October 22, 2022, Lady D and Bishop Campbell were married at Christ Temple Church. Lady D has a heart for God and a love for people that radiates and reaches those around her. With a vibrant passion for souls and a strong managerial background, Lady D gracefully uses her gifts to support the ministry as the church reaches new heights in God.
